Due to an increase in workload, we are now seeking to appoint a full time Maintenance Technician. You will be assisting in the site based maintenance activities travelling from site to site, inspecting our lightweight roofing structures, carrying out repairs if required and collating information for reporting purpose. The successful candidate will be IRATA trained, Level 2 or above and will be reporting to our Maintenance Contracts Manager and working alongside our Operations Team. Must Have: -Experience liaising directly with Facility Management/Client at a supervisory or management level. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Full clean driving licence -Irata level 2 or above -Ability to execute a variety of practical task to a high standard.
Desirable: -Within close proximity (ie 2 hrs) to London -Experience in the installation of Tensile or ETFE Structures or all other associated products.
